Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a BCBA for in-home and community-based services in California. You will conduct functional analyses, supervise RBTs, and train caregivers using empirically supported curricula. You will ensure treatment fidelity, monitor outcomes, and maintain payer-compliant documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA in good standing, and prefer bilingual (Spanish). Will collaborate with SLP/OT/pediatrics and maintain ethical, legally compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA/psychology/special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing; eligible for payer credentialing.
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home services.
• Fluency in ABA measurement, data analysis, and supervision practices.
• 1–2 years of supervision experience.
• Spanish bilingual is highly desired but not required.
• Experience supervising techs/RBTs in home/community settings.
• Familiarity with ReThinkBH or similar EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-based treatment plans.
• Oversee treatment integrity via supervision and fidelity checks for RBTs.
• Deliver caregiver training using BST and evidence-based curricula.
• Monitor outcomes with data systems and adjust plans via visual analysis.
• Prepare clinically sound, payer-compliant documentation on schedule.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners (SLP/OT/pediatrics/schools).
• Uphold BACB Ethics Code and privacy laws (HIPAA/FERPA).
