Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, psychology, or a related field.
• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Review delivery of behavior programs to subcontracted vendor participants based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
• Audit subcontracted vendors and monitor development of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Review and approve treatment plans and progress reports.
• Ensure active authorization for each participant and monitor progress toward established goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve vendor and parent concerns, including expired authorizations and vendor productivity.
• Evaluate vendor service effectiveness and communication with families and staff.
• Participate in monthly meetings and conduct annual vendor audits.
