Qualifications

• Master's degree required in psychology, education, or related field.
• BCBA certification from BACB is required.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skills assessments to evaluate the need for ABA services.
• Perform FBAs to identify causes of behaviors and design PBIPs.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching programs and PBIPs.
• Supervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians on intervention delivery.
• Collaborate with families and professionals for cohesive care across settings.
• Coordinate with insurers for assessments, plan reviews, and authorizations.
