Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) is seeking a full-time, on-site BCBA Clinical Manager in California to lead clinical services and ensure high-quality ABA delivery. You will supervise staff, review plans, and support families while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires BCBA certification, a relevant master's degree, and solid leadership experience. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• Experience providing ABA services and supervision.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and support to an assigned team of staff and Behavior Technicians.
• Oversee programming, treatment plans, and BIPs to ensure data-driven, consistently implemented care.
• Conduct behavioral assessments, functional analyses as appropriate.
• Review client progress and update treatment plans based on data and needs.
• Provide caregiver training to promote consistent implementation.
• Support the clinical team with case discussions and treatment recommendations.
• Conduct home, clinic, and community visits as needed.
• Participate in initial visits for new clients to support assessment and planning.
• Provide clinical training to strengthen team competency and fidelity.
• Collaborate with QA and Operations to address clinical and admin needs.
• Assist in hiring and interviewing clinical staff with clinical input.
• Attend monthly clinic and bi-weekly BCBA meetings; support stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics, supervision requirements, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in CentralReach.
