Job summary

Htprof seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Rhode Island to conduct assessments and supervise ABA programs for clients with ASD and developmental disabilities.

The role includes developing intervention plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and schools to deliver comprehensive behavioral support. A relocation bonus of up to $10,000 is available, with a pay range of $50-$80 per hour and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with relevant clinical experience.
• Experience conducting ABA assessments and developing intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities.
• Oversee ABA program implementation and provide clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Collaborate with families, schools and other professionals to support client needs.
