Job summary

Top Echelon LLC in Rhode Island is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, develop ABA intervention plans, and oversee program implementation for individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities.

The BCBA will provide supervision to RBTs and collaborate with families, schools, and professionals to support client needs. Eligible candidates may receive a relocation bonus up to $10,000, distributed after start date.

Job Description:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborates with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients' needs.

Eligible candidates may receive a RELOCATION bonus of up to $10,000, distributed over a 12-month period following their start date.
