Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Rhode Island to lead assessments, design and supervise ABA programs, and coordinate with families and schools. The role supports clients with ASD and developmental disabilities and includes supervision of RBTs.

Eligible candidates may receive a relocation bonus of up to $10,000, with a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits. A flexible schedule and standard benefits are included in the package.

Qualifications

Job Description:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborates with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients' needs.

Eligible candidates may receive a RELOCATION bonus of up to $10,000, distributed over a 12-month period following their start date.
