Job summary

Htprof seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Rhode Island to conduct assessments and supervise ABA programs for clients with ASD and developmental disabilities.

The role includes developing intervention plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and schools to deliver comprehensive behavioral support. A relocation bonus of up to $10,000 is available, with a pay range of $50-$80 per hour and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with relevant clinical experience.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborates with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients' needs.

Eligible candidates may receive a RELOCATION bonus of up to $10,000, distributed over a 12-month period following their start date.
