RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in Rhode Island seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and oversee ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. You will supervise RBTs and collaborate with families, schools, and professionals to support clients' needs.

Eligible candidates may receive a relocation bonus of up to $10,000, distributed over 12 months after start date.

Job Description:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborates with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients' needs.

Eligible candidates may receive a RELOCATION bonus of up to $10,000, distributed over a 12-month period following their start date.
