Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Rhode Island to conduct assessments, design ABA programs, and supervise RBTs. The position offers a generous hourly rate and a relocation bonus up to $10,000 to assist with a smooth transition.

Responsibilities include developing intervention plans, guiding program implementation, and collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients with ASD and related needs.

Job Description:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA provides clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborates with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients' needs.

Eligible candidates may receive a RELOCATION bonus of up to $10,000, distributed over a 12-month period following their start date.
