ABA Journey in Stockbridge, Georgia is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join a hybrid/in clinic team. The role involves conducting FBAs, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and therapists to deliver coordinated care.

This is an hourly contractor position offering flexible scheduling, with a supportive clinical network and comprehensive data-driven supervision, requiring GA residency and a Master’s in ABA or related field.

Qualifications

• Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven ability to analyze data and adjust interventions based on progress.
• Experience supervising RBTs and guiding clinical teams.
• Strong documentation and compliance with BACB/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and skill assessments; develop behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor progress with data analysis and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs; ensure treatment fidelity.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and educators for coordinated care.
• Complete session notes and progress reports in a timely, compliant manner.
