360 Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor for a hybrid role in Apple Valley, CA. The position combines clinical leadership with flexible scheduling and a strong support structure to optimize patient outcomes.

You will supervise clinical teams, develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, and collaborate with families. Competitive base salary with uncapped bonus potential and a $5,000 employee bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently BCBA-certified and in good standing.
• Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to supervise and coach teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, client-centered treatment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support goals.
• Ensure clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
