Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Orange, CA is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee ABA therapy services with a manageable caseload of 20–25 billable hours per week. The role offers a salary range of $90,000–$100,000 plus a $6,000 annual bonus potential, with flexible scheduling and in-home opportunities.

Remote supervision is available for home-based services, and comprehensive benefits, CEU support, weekly pay, and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred.
• Experience with toddlers, children, and adults in behavioral services preferred.
• Background in quality management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with families and insurance providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
• Create materials to support behavior plans.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor behavioral direct care staff, BCaBAs, and BCBA trainees.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans to meet evolving client needs.
