Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor for a full-time, hybrid role in Orange County, CA. You will lead clinical care, support staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services with a supportive leadership structure in place.

The role focuses on clinical leadership, staff mentorship, and quality care, with competitive compensation ($85K–$90K) and incentives. A strong track record in BCBA practice and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (BACB) is required.
• 1+ year BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment are essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinical care for a manageable caseload (10–15 clients).
• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week.
• Review and finalize FBAs and treatment plans.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to staff.
• Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services across settings.
