Maxim Healthcare is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead and mentor ABA services in the Fort Meade, MD area. The role involves a manageable caseload with 20-25 billable hours per week, sign-on bonus, and monthly bonus opportunities.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with families, insurers, and internal teams while providing remote supervision for home-based services. Flexible scheduling supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification or Licensed Behavior Analyst.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supervising BCaBAs and trainees is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with families and insurance providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery.
• Create materials to support behavior plans; participate in QA initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor staff and trainees.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to evolving client needs.
