Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead Intensive Behavior Support services in Mountain View, CA. Manage a 20 billable hours/week caseload while guiding a team of direct care staff to deliver high-quality care.

You'll oversee treatment plans, collaborate with families, and receive ongoing training, CEU support, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a $10,000 sign-on bonus and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active license or certification in good standing (e.g. BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills.
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred.
• Experience providing behavioral services to children and adults preferred.
• Experience in quality management preferred.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans with individualized, evidenced-based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase independence.
• Create schedules and routines that fit each client’s needs.
• Provide collaborative leadership and guidance to direct care staff through coaching and support.
• Model effective behavior change procedures for families (e.g., FCT, DRA, Toileting programs).
• Service funding comes from partnerships with local regional centers to support Regional Center services.
