The role includes supervision, CEU support, and a flexible schedule to fit family needs. A $10,000 sign-on bonus and monthly bonuses up to $6,000 are offered, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Provide an active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Licensed Behavior Analyst)
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking abilities
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred
• Experience with diverse client populations including children and adults
• Experience in quality management preferred
• Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans with evidence-based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase independence across activities of daily living
• Create and implement flexible schedules that suit each client’s needs
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to direct care staff to ensure quality service delivery
• Model and train families in behavior change procedures (e.g., FCT, DRA without Extinction, Toileting programs)
• Coordinate services funded by partnerships with local regional centers

Responsibilities of BCBA overseeing Intensive Behavior Support Services:

• Develop treatment plans that recommend individualized, evidenced based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors, teach replacement behaviors, and increase independence across activities of daily living.
• Enjoy the flexibility to create and implement schedules and routines that are most beneficial for each client’s needs.
• Provide collaborative leadership and guidance to behavioral direct care staff through ongoing communication, coaching, training, and support to promote quality service delivery and professional growth.
• Help families by modeling the implementation of effective behavior change procedures. (FCT, DRA without Extinction, Toileting programs, schedule thinning/demand fading, etc.) as requested
• Service funding comes from partnerships with local regional centers to support individuals that are eligible for Regional Center services.

Qualifications:

• Provide an active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Licensed Behavior Analyst)
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred
• Experience providing behavioral services to children, and adults preferred
• Experience in quality management preferred
• Proficiency in the English
