Job summary

Attain ABA | Kadiant is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor. The role focuses on supervising BCBAs, developing individualized ABA programs, and coordinating care across home, clinic, community, and daycare settings.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, collaboration with families, and ongoing professional growth. The successful candidate will manage caseloads across multiple settings, provide mentorship to BTs/RBTs, and ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• BCBA certification issued by the BACB.
• Appropriate state license as required in state of employment.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and supervise evidence-based ABA programs.
• Provide supervision across home, community, clinic, and daycare settings.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs).
• Review treatment data to ensure quality clinical outcomes.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Lead clinical team meetings.
• Supervise BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB requirements.
• Ensure clinical integrity and high-quality service delivery.
