You’ll lead a transdisciplinary team, supervise behavior technicians, and balance flexible scheduling with clear accountability to deliver meaningful outcomes for families while maintaining work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for pediatric ABA clients.
• Lead a transdisciplinary team of BTs and Assistant Supervisors.
• Manage scheduling, supervision, and credentialing; focus on outcomes for families.
