Beachmont Behavioral Health in Ventura County seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Clinical Supervisor to oversee a diverse caseload across home, community, center-based, telehealth, school, vocational, and adult service settings.

This full-time, salaried role includes mentorship, supervising RBTs and Behavior Technicians, developing treatment plans, ensuring client progress, and maintaining payer-compliant documentation with a strong ethics focus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Eligible for payer credentialing and contracting.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable local travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and other clinically indicated assessments for children and adults.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise behavior technicians and RBTs; provide supervision and feedback.
• Provide caregiver and staff training using BST and evidence-based methods.
• Monitor outcomes through data analysis and adjust treatment accordingly.
• Ensure payer-compliant documentation and authorization requests.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code and HIPAA.
