Job summary

Easter Seals Southern California, Inc. is seeking a qualified supervisor to lead ABA programs for children with autism spectrum disorders.

You will oversee program components, conduct assessments, and ensure adherence to best-practice guidelines within your caseload. The role requires a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, CPR certification, and 2–3 years of ASD experience in a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• 2–3 years of professional experience working with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA program components for assigned caseload and ensure best-practice guidelines.
• Provide parent education and deliver prescribed intervention activities.
• Serve as liaison between organization, families, therapists, and health care providers.
• Attend staff meetings and lead or participate in trainings.
• Manage performance and productivity of associates in the region.
• Support recruitment/selection processes of new program associates.
• Travel up to 50% locally as required.
