Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a licensed ABA supervisor to oversee clinical ABA programs for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism. You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to best-practice guidelines, and collaborate with families and community partners in a high-impact role.

The position requires a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, CPR, and 2–3 years’ ASD experience in a multidisciplinary team; travel up to 50% locally is expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• 2–3 years of professional experience working with children with ASD in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% locally.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality clinical supervision and work direction to direct reports.
• Oversees ABA program components for caseloads and ensures best-practice guidelines.
• Leads staff trainings and develops instructional materials.
• Manages performance and onboarding for associates; supports certification processes.
• Collaborates with Recruitment and Human Resources on new hires.
