Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and direction to direct reports.
• Oversee ABA program components for caseloads and ensure best-practice guidelines.
• Conduct assessments, educate parents, and develop intervention activities.
• Coordinate recruitment/selection with Regional Clinical Director and supervise staff development.
• Attend conferences/trainings to stay current on autism and related fields.
• Travel up to 50% locally as needed.
