Job summary

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA/psychology or related field.
• 3–5 years of ABA clinical experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in ABA.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Review FBAs, skill assessments, and BIPs; adjust as needed.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure evidence-based practices.
• Provide supervision to BCBAs and RBTs; conduct trainings.
