Job summary

A leading autism service provider in Bloomsburg, PA, is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight for a team of clinicians. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field and active BCBA certification, along with at least 5 years of experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of post-certification experience.
• Minimum 2 years Lead BCBA experience supervising RBTs, BCBAs, LBSs, or Fellows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and case guidance for all clinicians.
• Maintain a caseload of clients, conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
• Review all client treatment plans to ensure effective therapy is delivered.
