Starting pay ranges from $83,000 to $88,000.
We are offering a $5,000 hiring bonus!
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and work direction to program managers and interventionists delivering discipline-specific treatments for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and ASD.
- Facilitate ABA-based behavior programs.
- Conduct behavior assessments and serve as an assessor when needed.
- Provide parent education, develop and implement intervention activities, and monitor child development in natural settings.
- Act as liaison between the organization, families, community, therapists, and healthcare providers.
- Meet productivity requirements outlined in the annual budget.
- Lead and participate in meetings and staff training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in early childhood education/development, special education, psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.
- BCBA certification is required.
- Preferably three years of professional experience working with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Expertise in ABA interventions such as PRT, NET, PECS, BST, and EFA.
- Knowledge of scientifically validated methodologies for ASD.
- Familiarity with early intervention and community resources.
- Strong clinical, administrative, and leadership skills.
- Customer service orientation and professionalism.
- Preferred: Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or Licensed Psychologist.
- Good judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to relate well to children and families.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Ability to pass background checks, health screenings, and immunizations.
- Reliable transportation, valid California driver’s license, and proper auto insurance.
