Starting pay ranges from $83,000 - $88,000.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavior assessments and function as an Assessor when needed.
- Provide quality, clinical supervision, and work directions to program managers and interventionists providing discipline-specific treatment for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
- Facilitate behavior programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Provide parent education, develop and deliver specific intervention activities according to the treatment plan, and monitor development of children in natural settings.
- Function as a liaison between the organization, families, community, therapists, healthcare providers, etc.
- Meet productivity requirements set forth in the annual budget.
- Lead and attend meetings and conduct ongoing staff trainings.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, psychology, or related field.
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Three years of related professional experience working with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary team setting preferred.
- Expertise in ABA-based intervention approaches, including PRT, NET, PECS, BST, and EFA.
- Knowledge of scientifically-validated methodologies and current research findings related to ASD.
- Familiarity with early intervention and community resources for children.
- Proficiency in assessment and intervention strategies for individuals with ASD.
- Strong clinical, administrative, and leadership skills.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Marriage Family Therapist (MFT) or Licensed Psychologist preferred.
- Good judgment, decision-making, and communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to relate well to children and families.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other applicable computer programs.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Ability to pass background checks, health screenings, and immunizations.
- Reliable transportation, valid California driver's license, proper auto insurance, and vehicle registration.
