Job summary

AchieveIt is seeking BCBA professionals to join its clinical supervisory team and support growing ABA services across clinic and home settings in California. The role emphasizes small caseloads, leadership growth, and a balance between in-person and telehealth services.

You will mentor RBTs, develop data-driven treatment plans, perform VB-MAPP/PEAK assessments, and collaborate with a supportive team to improve client outcomes while maintaining work-life balance.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs repeatedly.
• Pass background/fingerprint clearance and health screenings.
• California driver's license with valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with others providing ABA services.
• Mentor and model for RBTs in best clinical practices.
• Provide data-driven, high-quality ABA services ensuring progress.
• Complete VB-MAPP and PEAK assessments.
• Conduct Functional Analyses and Functional Behavior Assessments with guidance.
• Develop treatment programs tied to assessments and outcomes.
• Use clinical judgment to meet learners' needs daily.
• Assist with staff training and development of training models.

Job Duties:

• Work collaboratively with others providing ABA services

• Mentor and model for RBT’s in best clinical practices
• Provide effective, high-quality ABA services by making data-based decisions and ensuring meaningful progress is made
• Complete common assessments such as VB-MAPP and PEAK
• Complete Functional Analyses and Functional Behavior Assessments with support and guidance as needed.
• Development of treatment programs that are tied to assessment results and meaningful outcomes

• Utilize clinical judgment in decision making on a day-to-day basis to meet the needs of learners
• Assist with staff-training, including identifying key training needs and development of training models for staff

Minimum Requirements:

• BCBA
• Ability to repeatedly lift 35 lbs
• Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunizations including TB, and drug testing
• Reliable transportation, proof of valid California driver's license, safe driving record, and proper auto insurance and vehicle registration
