Job summary

AchieveIt is seeking motivated ABA professionals to grow in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, with opportunities in clinic, home, and community settings. We value individuals who are kind, compassionate, and eager to develop leadership skills and pursue BACB supervision toward certification.

As part of the clinical team, you will work under the Clinical Director and with a supervising BCBA to train RBTs, develop programs, train caregivers, and contribute to treatment plan development,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years ABA experience.
• Enrolled in, or have completed, BACB approved coursework.
• BA/BS degree.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 35 lbs.
• Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunizations including TB, and drug testing.
• Reliable transportation, valid California driver's license, safe driving record, insurance and vehicle registration.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively providing ABA services within our service model within clinic, home, and community settings.
• Serve as a model to behavior technicians in providing effective and compassionate ABA.
• Participate in mentorship and case review meetings to develop clinical skills.
• Train RBTs, develop programs, provide caregiver training, and assist in treatment plan development under supervision.

As part of the supervisory team, you will train RBT's, develop programs, provide caregiver training, and assist in treatment plan development.
