Job summary

Amaze ABA Therapy is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Georgia to provide clinical oversight of evidence-based ABA services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with families and technicians to develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and train caregivers to achieve meaningful outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a BCBA certification, a master’s degree in a relevant field, and strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians.
• Provide caregiver training and family support.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with families, providers, and community partners.
• Maintain accurate, high-quality clinical documentation.
• Ensure treatment integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
• Stay current on evidence-based ABA practices and industry standards.
