Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is currently seeking a BCBA to join our Magnolia/Greater Houston area clinic. The position offers a base salary of $90,000 with a rewarding quarterly bonus and a focus on clinical excellence, while centralized administrative support reduces burnout.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team on-site with OTs and SLPs, manage a limited caseload, and receive dedicated mentorship from experienced BCBA leadership. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Therapists (RBTs).
• Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems for treatment efficacy.
• Collaborate with families and partners in speech and occupational therapy.
