We offer premium compensation with a $90,000 base salary plus quarterly bonuses, manageable caseloads, and strong administrative support. Collaboration with on-site OTs and SLPs enhances therapy through a holistic team approach.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Oklahoma or eligible to obtain.
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or strong mentorship interest.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor Behavior Therapists (RBTs) to ensure growth.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners.
• Design, monitor, and adjust data collection for treatment efficacy.
• Conduct parent training and professional development for staff.
• Manage crisis and safety to maintain a supportive clinical environment.
