Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is seeking a BCBA in Conroe, TX to lead clinical teams and mentor staff in delivering high-quality ABA therapy. You will supervise BCBA candidates, collaborate with on-site OTs and SLPs, and ensure data-driven treatment plans are implemented with fidelity.

You will focus on clinical excellence, reduce administrative burdens, and participate in multidisciplinary care while enjoying relocation assistance and strong compensation.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing.
• Texas LBA licensure or eligibility to obtain.

A Typical Day in the Clinic

• Clinical Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering an environment of continuous growth.
• Holistic Care: Facilitate a team-based approach to treatment, collaborating closely with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners.
• Data-Driven Treatment: Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy and pivot plans in real-time.
• Family & Staff Training: Conduct meaningful, high-impact parent training sessions and professional development for staff.
• Crisis & Safety Management: Utilize strong crisis intervention skills to maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for all patients.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Texas (or eligible to obtain).
• A compassionate professional who values perspective-taking, clinical integrity, and teamwork.
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or a strong desire to mentor future clinicians (tailored mentoring and supervision opportunities available).
