Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Rhode Island to lead assessments, design and supervise ABA programs, and coordinate with families and schools. The role supports clients with ASD and developmental disabilities and includes supervision of RBTs.

Eligible candidates may receive a relocation bonus of up to $10,000, with a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits. A flexible schedule and standard benefits are included in the package.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or eligible; experience with ASD and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities.
• Develop and oversee ABA programs and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
