Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a BCBA or in a related role.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized behavior support plans based on assessment results.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
