Child Builders ABA in Rhode Island is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for individuals with ASD and other developmental needs. You will assess, design, and supervise behavior intervention plans to ensure high-quality care.

You will provide clinical supervision to RBTs, collaborate with families, schools, and professionals, and contribute to ongoing program evaluation while maintaining a warm, family-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be eligible for state licensure.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing behavior plans.
• Experience supervising RBTs and collaborating with families.
