Cortica is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a hybrid Naperville team delivering ABA services to children with neurodevelopmental differences. You’ll lead BTs and oversee neurodiversity-affirming programming within a transdisciplinary team.

This role offers earning potential of $91,000–$114,000 annually plus two bonuses up to 10% of monthly salary, generous time off, CEU stipend, license reimbursement, 401(k) matching, and comprehensive health coverage with telehealth

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for ABA treatment.
• Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
• Balance supervision of cases with clinical care and administrative tasks.
