Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a master’s degree in ABA and have an active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of 6–8 clients while maintaining a billable expectation of 28 hours.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs.
• Analyze data trends and monitor treatment fidelity.
• Collaborate closely with families by providing parent coaching and support.
