Bright Arch ABA is hiring a dedicated BCBA in the St. Louis area to lead clinical programs, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to craft individualized ABA plans that show measurable progress. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, ongoing professional development, and a balanced work-life culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Missouri licensure or eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and design individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical and professional standards (BACB, HIPAA, etc.).
