Job summary

Empire ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This in-home and school-based role offers part-time hours with potential to ramp up as caseload grows, providing supervision to RBTs and delivering individualized therapy plans.

The BCBA will assess clients, develop plans, supervise staff, train families, and ensure thorough documentation while collaborating with the care team. Missouri LBA active status is required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Active Missouri LBA license required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and provide clinical direction to RBTs and team members.
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to implement treatment plans and provide training.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and therapy sessions.
• Coordinate with the team on clinical planning, scheduling, and client communication.
