Job summary

360 Behavioral Health, based in California, is seeking a licensed BCBA to step into a leadership role as a Clinical Supervisor. You will supervise Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a team of clinicians dedicated to growth and impact.

In this hands-on position you’ll deliver parent training, stay engaged with client care, and help shape the next generation of ABA professionals while enjoying a supportive

Qualifications

BCBA certification is required or active
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Strong mentoring and leadership abilities, with collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
