Job summary

Venture Community Services seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral services for day and residential programs. You will coordinate ABA services, conduct assessments, analyze data, and supervise direct support professionals and managers in implementing Behavior Support Plans.

The role requires a MA in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, LABA licensure, and at least three years in ABA with a supervisory background.

Qualifications

• Licensed ABA professional with BCBA certification and LABA licensure.
• Minimum of three years of ABA/relevant field experience and substantial management exposure; master’s level.
• Proficiency with data collection, analysis, and reporting; ability to train staff and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop universal positive behavioral supports for consumers and staff.
• Create and implement PBSP/PBIP plans and functional analyses.
• Conduct FBAs and functional analyses as needed; coordinate with clinical leadership.
