Job summary

People Incorporated in Fall River, MA is seeking a Clinician to oversee clinical services and support individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. The role reports to the Clinical Supports Supervisor and focuses on Positive Behavior Support and data-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities include supervision of staff, collaboration with DDS, reporting, and training. The position is based in day hours, Monday–Friday, with a competitive salary in the MA market.

Qualifications

• Master’s-BCBA with state licensure preferred.
• Bachelor’s-level BCAaBa with licensure may be considered.
• LICSW or LMHC licensure also considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across Adult Day Services, Children’s Services, and Residential Services.
• Collaborate with Division Directors, Program Managers, and DDS to enhance quality of services.
• Submit required reports and collect data for analysis.
