Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Clinical Manager (BCBA) to lead ABA teams serving children and adults with autism. You will develop personalized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and coordinate with families to maximize outcomes.

Must hold BCBA/BCBA-D and a Master's degree; 3+ years experience in ASD settings; hybrid work in California with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
• Three years of experience with children and/or adults with autism; ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, Essentials for Living experience may be required.
• At least 12 units of BACB-approved coursework or equivalent experience; demonstrated ABA supervision skills.
• Two or more years in a supervisory role directing staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Program Supervisors and RBTs in ABA concepts.
• Conduct fidelity checks and performance reviews; provide coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers; extend ABA techniques to home settings.
• Manage client documentation and progress reports for insurance.
