Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years as a BCBA; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience managing caseloads and supervising RBTs/BCBAs.
• Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Hold a clinical caseload while managing clinic administration.
• Escalate and resolve parental concerns per protocols.
• Ensure BCBAs have tools and training for full caseload.
• Archive files, presentations, and reports per standards.
• Ensure supervision and program management meet BACB standards.
• Create master schedule for client therapy.
• Onboard new clients when capacity allows.
• Participate in hiring and training BCBAs and Behavior Technicians.
• Attend and lead required meetings.
• Lead parent/caregiver training.
• Analyze progress data and update client goals.
• Take on additional duties/projects.
