Job summary

Stride Autism Centers seeks a BCBA/Clinic Director to lead a center, manage a small caseload of preschoolers (ages 2–6), and supervise a team of RBTs. You will report to the Director of Clinical Operations and partner with families to implement high-quality ABA programs.

You will drive clinical excellence within a collaborative team, coordinating with operations and trainers to support ongoing growth and exceptional outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience with preschool-aged clients (2–6) in clinic settings.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Familiar with VB-MAPP and Vineland assessments.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Carry a small caseload of preschool learners.
• Lead clinical operations of the center.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs.
• Collaborate with Center Coordinator on daily operations.
• Partner with families to generalize skills.
