Job summary

CENTRIA Autism in Charlotte, North Carolina seeks an experienced BCBA to lead clinical services as Director of Clinical Services. This leadership role focuses on shaping clinical quality, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality ABA therapy for children.

The Director will mentor Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians, drive data-driven care, and collaborate with leaders to maintain program integrity across markets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience working with children with autism in a clinical setting.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred, or strong case oversight and mentorship at Centria (minimum 2 years).
• Experience navigating high-stress clinical situations is valued.
• Familiarity with assent-based ABA, Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client progress through data-driven review of treatment plans, outcomes, and individualized care.
• Mentor Supervising Clinicians through regular case reviews, feedback, and ongoing support.
• Lead clinical excellence by evaluating fidelity of treatment, supervision practices, and impact across teams.
• Deliver targeted training and group sessions for Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with Area Directors and Operations to align staffing, caseloads, and quality.
• Support Elevate practicum supervision and mentorship program development.
• Engage caregivers through check-ins to ensure families feel supported and informed.
