Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Nebraska is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead assessments, develop individualized plans, and supervise RBTs in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

You will analyze data to drive decisions, train caregivers, and coordinate with families, schools, and professionals to promote positive outcomes for children. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting growth and excellence in behavioral therapy.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and BACB credential required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
