Blue Gems ABA in Nebraska is seeking a BCBA to lead assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs. You will analyze data, train caregivers, and collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, teamwork, and a passion for helping children. You will maintain documentation and participate in ongoing professional development as part of a supportive, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, RBTs, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Treatment plan reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
