Job summary

Hope Behavioral Consulting is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ethical, evidence-based ABA services in Rockford, IL and nearby areas. You will assess, treat, and monitor clients with ASD or intellectual/developmental disabilities, collaborating with families and other clinicians.

The role requires a Master’s degree and BCBA credential, with relocation assistance and a commitment bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of functional analyses, behavior program development, and staff training procedures.
• Specialized knowledge of Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities and Autism.
• Understanding of human behavior, motivation, and assessment of behavioral disorders.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical caseload, develop goals, and create treatment plans.
• Involve families in treatment with caregiver training and progress updates.
• Complete documentation and enter sessions in the time reporting system within 24 hours.
• Incorporate supervisory feedback to adjust practices.
